All the products are directly imported or purchased from the authorized importers of each brand. The lures are new and delivered in the original packaging. About the quality of the products, the brand's authenticity and any other concern about a particular brand or product, the customer is free to address directly the trademark representative or the importer in Romania with whom Voblere.ro SRL has a re-seller contract.
5. Stocks
All the products sold by www.bestlures.com are from the owned stock! The stock is updated on the site in real time!
6. How do I buy products?
To put the product in your shopping cart, click the "Add to cart" button. In case you want to buy several pieces of the same product, you can increase their number. All purchased items appear in the Shopping Cart (click on "My Cart" from the top menu). In order to validate your order, you must enter your authentication data, your billing/shipping data, your email address and your phone number where you will be contacted to confirm the order. If you are the first time in our online store, it is recommended that you register as a customer, by selecting the option „Register”. This will simplify your future orders, because having the initial information already recorded in the database, you will be required only the authentication data, selecting "Authentication". When entering your data, please note that the fields marked with * are required to be fulfill. The confirmation of your order will be done automatically after processing the order, by sending an email to the address associated with the customer account. This email is just a receiving confirmation of the order request from you. Once an order has been prepared and sent, you will be informed by email about shipping confirmation.
7. Taxes
The final price paid by the customer consists of the products price and expedition costs. Our company does not charge any additional fee to the customer. The goods will be accompanied by the invoice. The invoice will include VAT, all the prices on the site are VAT included. There is no minimum order value!
8. How do I pay?
For the products achieved from our online store you can pay with PayPal. No PayPal account required, you can pay with a credit card or a bank account.
9. Delivery of products
Due to the updated stock in real time , the orders received until 14:00 are dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday). The shipping can be done by: - DPD - UPS Please watch that packaging is intact when picking up the parcels. Our company does not assume any responsibility for the packages that have been taken with damaged packaging.
10. Return policy
www.bestlures.com offers the possibility of returning the products, to customers who notify their intention within 14 days of receipt of the package. They can be returned only in the same condition as they were received, preferably in their original packaging, without any penalties and without a reason. The returning cost will be the responsibility of the customer, using the same transport service used initially. The value of the products will be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving them. The amounts returned to the customer will represent the exactly value of the ordered products, excluding the shipping and reimbursement fees, and will be done into a bank account specified by the customer.
